Yet, despite the massive scale of the operation and the advanced technology we have access to, for most birdwatchers and researchers alike nocturnal bird migration remains elusive.

lunaves is about exploring technologies and techniques to help involve a larger number of birdwatchers and researchers in nocturnal migration studies.
